I really love the 20’s inspiration in clothes and hairstyles this season. I’m usually not what you would call a trend chaser but I’m just dying to try the waved flapper bob hairdo.
“The Great Gatsby” is one of my favorite books so I guess that’s the main reason I fancy myself as a modern Daisy Buchanan. And since I already have the bob, I might as well wave and tousle it. Easy to say, but it seems so complicated to actually get the look.
Right about now I could really use some really fancy hair styling tools. Just look at the pictures of Katy Perry taken by David LaChapelle for the product launch! So very provocative! My birthday is only 10 months away! Just sayin’!:)))
Do you like the waved flapper bob? Would you ever wear it?

I don't think I would wear this bob. But I'm once we see everyday people working it I will want to give it a try. Love looking at the new GHDs. I have an old one that works perfectly but they new ones always look so pretty and tempting to buy. We are all such suckers for pretty packaging haha.
I don't like waved flapped bob... I LOVE it!<3
It's a gorgeous hairstyle but not one I think I could ever achieve, my hair is strictly rock chick messy (the look it does naturally, I'm rubbish at hair!)
i love the 20's era, I would love to wear white silk gloves for no reason at all! And what a coincidence my friend and I were just discussing the great gatsby novel as a clicked onto your page.. very strange!
thanks for following my blog, i'm now a follower of yours and can't wait for more posts xx

Hello! Thank for the follow! And YES I will follow you back! I have looked at SO many blogs, but never come across yours before tho. It looks great! Just the things I'm interested in! LOVE that picture of Katy Perry! I want to live in that room, wear those clothes - and the SHOES!!!! Seeing the Chrysler building through the fake window tells me the story behind the shoot is supposed to take place in my favorite city too - NYC! Can't wait to go back there some day... :) xo
amazing hair!
New outfit post on my blog: I'm waiting for your comment!

beautiful photos and my GHD is my favorite flat iron ;-)
Yeah,it's one of those timeless classics I've always dug.But never tried it since I'm not comfortable in bobs of any kind.
First, thank you for the lovely comment on my blog. I very much appreciate it!
Second, for me I've never been a fan of the flapper bob (but then again, I've never been a fan of the '20s era). My face is stuck between looking like a girl and a woman, but with the flapper bob it definitely leans towards a girl. (When I had shorter hair - ala Mac from JAG - inevitably if I did any runway shows, my hair ALWAYS got put in a flapper bob, without fail!)
dear, thank you for your comment <3
sure I love your blog ! i just fell in love with your blog when i read your blog header

My hair is so straight I doubt it would do it but I DO LOVE IT!
Not everyone can carry off this haircut. You are 1 lucky girl to be able to! =D
I did think about it but I don't think I have the patience to maintain it though. Btw, I can't help it but to spot the heels on that last picture! It's absolutely stunning don't you think?
Love the necklace picture!

Love it!
I love the waved flapper bob and always wanted to try it, ever since middle school! It looks very difficult to achieve but I'm willing to play around with different techniques. If you try it, please post a tutorial on how you achieved the look! :)

So classy looking!!! I think it looks really good on all these women here but i"m not sure I could ever rock such short hair!
I love it, I like that they have taken a different direction with the editorials for this. Don't think I would ever be brave enough to have it this short but I do like the jessica rabbit look on longer hair!
mi regalo de navidad fueron estas planchas para alisar me van estupendas ,lo de las ondas ya no le encuentro el truco,se me deshacen a los 5 minutos,se que son las mejores planchas del mercado ,pero tendre que experimentar mas supongo
